In collaboration with our clients we agree an annual budget of IT support hours. This helps keep support costs stable throughout the agreement term. We also offer the ability to purchase additional hours if required at the same fixed hourly rate.

All of our Support Pack clients have access to our Australian based 24/7/365 Helpdesk as well as assigned Primary and Secondary Site Engineers. We also ensure our clients have easy access to other members of our team, including Senior Management.

We manage all preventative maintenance as well as installing software and security patching afterhours so your business is protected and efficient. Your 3rd party vendor relationships, such as MYOB, and internet providers are handled by us.
