In collaboration with our clients we agree an annual budget of IT support hours. This helps keep support costs stable throughout the agreement term. We also offer the ability to purchase additional hours if required at the same fixed hourly rate.
All of our Support Pack clients have access to our Australian based 24/7/365 Helpdesk as well as assigned Primary and Secondary Site Engineers. We also provide easy escalation to our Senior Management Team.
We manage all onsite and remote preventative maintenance as well as software and security patching afterhours so your business is protected and running efficiently. We also take care of 3rd party vendor management, such as MYOB, ISP etc.
