Moving to VAULT allowed Kothes to combine all their office databases and provide a uniform experience for staff. This allowed Kothes greater operationally flexibility and the ability for their staff members to work collaboratively and efficiently.

VAULT has also allowed Kothes to have a complete Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure their backups are safe and secure and the business can return to working order quickly in the event of a major disaster.

After moving to VAULT, Kothes’ IT expenditure was reduced by more than 80% and they have been able to work confidently knowing they won’t be interrupted with IT downtime.

Kothes have greater operational flexibility as staff can access files no matter which office they are in and managers can review the work of other offices.

Kothes have also increased effectiveness and efficiency of their internal paperless filing system through the use of VAULT and support from their Dedicated Site Managers at Strategic Group.
